Looks gorgeous. I was going to ask where did you guys hear that only market rate units have W/D but then I looked at my log number and it’s 91xxx so never mind

This lady was reviewing Gotham Point lottery units & you see, there is no W/D in these units.

Oh wow you have a higher number, I have 68XXX but with CB resident. I still don't think I have much of a chance. Did they say how many CB were left?

well 3rd person asking for extra extra extra documents
all uploaded to HC2 lol
and gotham point south is %75 low income so it is a future project
how sign all tax pages and re scanning all ?
docusign is legal sign that allows check with IRS (docusig is accepted even by banks for credits or SBA loans)

and is freecreditreports.com annual report is valid or not?

Are any non CB residents getting called? I'm curious if you're allowed to take pics /videos when walking the units it would be great if anyone on the forum who does see a unit to post a pic or two so we can get a sense of the space
