I have submitted all the documents and finished the questionnaire. The interviewer told me that the next step would be to sign some required documents. I just noticed that my tatus has changed to:
Your application was reached for a set aside or preference unit. Unfortunately, you do not meet the guidelines for the set aside or preference or the unit for which you qualify is not a set aside unit.
Your application is on hold and may be reached in the general pool of applicants. If so, you will get another request to upload and submit updated documents.

The building is in Community Board #2 area in the LIC neighborhood of Queens. The Community Board has a boundary line. They have determined you live outside the boundary line. For this lottery but not all lotteries applicants that live inside the CB get a preference advantage for half the units, they are moved to the front of the line ahead of lower log#s.

What log number were you at for CB preference and AMI if I might ask curious where they are at?
Mine is weird 3 different people asking for docs tons of docs

than i got message from first person docusign rejected ? lol when login docusign it is signed???

Does anyone know if the higher AMI apartments have a washer dryer or are all housing lottery apartments the same?
I believe there's no washer dryer in the lottery units, but there's a laundry room on the 4th floor.
