Hi guys! Is it possible for the building to skip applicants? Both of my friends who have cb one got 98k and the other one got 111k log. Only the 111k one got contacted. What could have happened for them to skip the 98k log?

I think they have been, what was the ami for the 111k log? I was 68k with CB and have not heard anything
I think it depends on what units were left and what ami bracket they are in. Btw when I spoke to the person handling my application , he said they were almost done with with CB preference.
