I finally got approved by HDC and will be signing my lease shortly! For those who asked, I was told by the marketing agent that the South tower is 80% full and they hope to have it completely full by April/May. That feels optimistic since my process took a little over 2 months to complete, but my takeaway is that they’re trying to move fast to fill the remaining vacancies so they can concentrate on the North tower. If anyone has any questions about my process, reach out!

For those who moved and are in the 165%, do you guys think it's worth it for the price? The units seem awfully small. Also what are the utility expenses for electric/gas/heat like?

Are people still getting selected for this lottery? Log number has been 1** for a while now, which I thought was pretty low but no request for documents…

I submitted my documents yesterday (9/11) and got a call today (9/12) asking if I wanted to move forward with the application! The caller was very friendly, told me I am eligible for the 165% 1 bed, and told me he would find a unit for me and call me tomorrow. Anyone have experience on timeline/next steps? Thanks
