Ouch!
I can only imagine how insane those garages probably are on game nights and during concerts.

Anyone here living in the building care to share how your experience has been so far?

It's been a while since I've been on the forum since I'm no longer eligible for 130 AMI, but just wanted to update this thread for anyone interested in the building. They've been scheduling sneak peeks for 1 and 2-bedroom units. There are NO studios left. The 1 bedroom unit we saw was terribly small and horrible layout but they said there are different units. The 2 bedroom was beautiful with huge closets. Also, the amenity fee is $60 per person but you can switch on and off what months you want to pay for it. Hope that helps. I applied back in December 2021 but the agent said they are moving quickly.

#2XXX. I should have asked how many units in total were available but I'm sure they would tell me if I asked. The sneak peek email said they could reach my log in 4-6 weeks. It was a group of maybe 8-9 people who toured with me and they've been scheduling tours since last week and I believe they are doing another one Thursday.

Log #2xxx

Toured a one bedroom yesterday.. one minute she told me they had low inventory and the next minute she told me the apartment I was viewing was the only one left. The apartment was on the a-line, beautiful bathroom, but the overall apt was incredibly small and had an awkward layout. She said you could fit a queen in the bedroom, but from my point of view if you put a queen in there, there’s no room for any other furniture. The living room window faced the other side of the building so not much light coming in. It’s definitely a beautiful building with great amenities ..if the apartment was better I wouldn’t hesitate on taking it.

Having this exact same experience, they had me tour 9A, i asked if there were any other available units, she told me no, but also said low inventory. Which are two different things. So we'll see what happens. Good luck
