I saw on the plank road instagram, that they were 100% leased up completed. I don’t know if that includes the lottery apartments for not. Anyone have any insight?

Just a quick update that I was approved for a unit today. The whole process took about 3-3,5 months! Good luck everyone!

Congrats . Curious, how long did it take for HPD to approve?

Thank you! they submitted the docs last Monday - so it took HPD about 7-8 business days.. My status was also changed to “review complete” today.

Sweet, I thought my file was going to be sent today but I have no idea. I’m still “under review” I’ve been the same status since 4/26. I want to ask but I’m chicken now. I’m Brooklyn Crossing …
