Both; I sent most of the documents on email and the housing portal. Then when they asked for additional documents, I dropped them off.

Got it. I dropped mine off (not for Plank) but then also emailed. They were really great in person but I somehow expected that they would update the portal saying in process or something. That said, that was just Monday, I will admit, I could easily just be impatient...

What does the portal say right now? Mine says under review
