Omg thank you so much for posting. I asked in a different thread why some lotteries have community preference and some don't but nobody answered. I had no idea.
Super informative article not only on the CB preference option, but also how the AMI and units are distributed. This is a must read!

I applied to Plank Road and I'm really hoping for a low log number. I know what you mean about Fulton. During the day it's busy and doesn't feel too bad but I do remember the streetlights being pretty dim. The area has everything you would need and it's super convenient. Also, I'm a girl, not that it matters
I live at City Point and I actually like Fulton BETTER after hours (i mean evenings) - all the vendors and shoppers go home, as well as most of the "characters" and it is a more pleasant walk.

Im really hoping for a low log number for this one too lol. All the studios appear to be alcoves from what I’ve seen on YouTube and Streeteasy. May the odds be ever in our favor

Not just you that said, I would be happy with either this or Brooklyn Crossing and the rent for the one bedrooms are pretty close.

I'm surprised they weren't released yesterday with Gotham and 101 West coming out. Hopefully they come out Monday, this is my last hope!
