Is there cb preference for this? I didn't see a cb percentage allocation or a cb listed on its housing page.

There's no CB preference for this building. If there's no preferences listed then there's no CB preference for the building. Not every lottery has preferences.

Log #2XXX. Those with logs in the hundreds/low thousands have a good chance. Higher logs may get called if people decline due to size, price, etc similar to Caton Flats where they had issues filling the higher AMI. But considering these actually look decent sized with the alcove studios/jr 1 bedrooms I assume these will go quickly.

I've got 5XXX--not the best, not the worst, I think. Anyone have thoughts on my chances here? I'm looking for a 1 bed. Congrats to all of you with the log numbers <1000, damn!

I really hope I got a shot and they reach my log number, the location is good, the layout is not to bad and best of all washer & dryer in unit.

Mine is 7xxx, which I think would normally have a good shot but I feel like there will be fewer declines with this as the rents are on the low end for 130AMI Brooklyn these days. Ah well, I only entered for the washer/dryer, pool and even lower rent than what I am paying now on a studio, which is already pretty good. Otherwise where I am now in the same general area is pretty much the same, even the management, so I am good, lol.

I’ve been following this lottery from the minute it dropped and even joined this website so I can know exactly when the numbers dropped. For some reason I felt hopeful about my chances but with a log number in the mid 4,xxx and only a few studios available, idk. Pray for me lol.

Log in the 8xx’s. I’m keeping my hopes high for an alcove studio!
