The space is not so bad for a middle income luxury building. The view and the in unit washing machines make it worth it.
As for the price, I am convinced that from this point on, $2,100+ will be the norm for a one bedroom for 130 AMIs at prime locations.

The pricing seems not right although I hope it's true that the rent is including electricity & gas

Rents seem standard for 130 AMI, but the location is unfortunate. The photo of Court Sq station is also misleading, since it's on the other side of the bridge offramp (many many lanes of traffic, generally a miserable road to cross on foot or bike).
