Also what are the requirements to move in? 2 month rent? security deposit? How long did the entire process take you from the moment they contacted you to the moment you got your keys?

I also received an email to submit documents yesterday morning. My log # is 7xxx and in the email they sent me PDF's of the original lower brackets. So I have some questions:

-Are my chances good?
-How long did it take you to hear back after submitting the documents?
-What is the apartment and the area like? I'd like to see more pictures!

Thank you and good luck to everyone!

yea I looked at it on Google maps and its literally across the street from NYCHA public housing projects which is a huge turn off for me. I've lived near projects for too long. I dont even see any grocery stores nearby, actually just one and it doesnt look to appealing. I hope to hear from residents about their experience
