What does “review complete” mean on housing connect? I viewed 2 units last Saturday. But no one from Phipps has contacted me back with any news.
I believe it means that your documents have been reviewed and approved, although don't quote me on that. They should be contacting you soon, regarding your status and next steps.
I'm log #7xx. No CB preference but a NYC employee. They emailed me at 11/17 and I did the second round of more documentations on 12/8. I haven't heard back yet. Fingers crossed that I get approved for a studio or 1 bd.

I was contacted today by email. I was approved!!!!!I just need to schedule my apartment viewing and sign my lease now. It took a total of 1 month from the day I was first asked to submit documents. Good luck to everyone else

Congratulations!! The units are small but nice. Be prepared to read and sign your 60 page lease !
