I submitted my documents over two weeks ago and no response yet. I've reached out twice and only gotten vague answers. Should I worry? I plan on reaching out again today. Anything specific that I can say/ask that will get me a straight answer?

Default Units still available

In case anyone wants to know, they still have units available. Mostly in 90 or 110 AMI. The Sendero Verde website lists a few units that are available and their floor plans. I saw a 1 bedroom 110 AMI yesterday but I declined it.

I find it to be small. One tiny broom closet in the hallway (which almost literally just fit one broom) and a regular size closet in the bedroom. I have a baby on the way and my current one bedroom is a lot larger than this one. Also, the neighborhood isn't great. There's like 3 projects across the streets so I know the summers must be a little wild.

I was called to submit documents and should hear from HPD soon for a two-bedroom in the larger building.

Anyone who is currently living there, how is the building? How do you like living there?

My log is 29**, gen pop, 110 AMI.
While I was there last week, there was a couple coming in to sign their lease. They still have a few studios and one bedroom that they are processing.

Just a few updates

- More people have moved in. Not sure how many apartments are still empty.
- The school on the far end of the building is open now as well.
- The hours/days of the community room have been limited to 9 to 5 M-F. Some residents were being ungrateful with the use of the room. They weren't cleaning after they rented the space, breaking in the room & terrace. I also saw someone sleeping overnight in the room when they have their own place downstairs. SMH.
- The mail lockers are in use now. Only seen UPS orders so far.
- A few washer/dryers are broken.
- Still can't go on tne terrace yet.
- Animals are allowed if they are emotional support animals. I've seen about 4 dogs so far.
- You can take a person out the projects/ghetto but you can't take the ghetto out of the person. I like living here so far but some of the residents are messy and don't pick up after themselves. Plus blasting music at 2am when the lease say no loud noise after a certain time.
