Yes, I will! I saw the 1 Bdr first and I was instantly depressed lmao. My mood changed as soon as I walked in the 2bdr. Only downside is that they’re building a 15 story right across so views will be obstructed. I envy the people on higher floors but I’m still grateful nonetheless. Hope I get it.
The 2 bedroom is definitely the winner, pretty sure those closets are Elfa and you if wanted, could potentially double your closet space. I did it in my apt at BC.

Thank you!!! Once approved, you have 30 days to start the lease.
The HPD already approved your TIC. The next one should be lease signing, contact your marketing agent to follow up whether you sign the lease with them or directly with the building management. Congrats!!!!

Building management reached out and its official, we were APPROVED! Super excited and sincerely grateful to God! Don’t give up guys. Right when I lost hope and thought it was a lost cause, God showed up and showed OUT!!! Aside from having to wait months from the initial document request, everything else literally happened in a matter of days and a total of 3 weeks. There are still plenty of units available to my knowledge but in the 130 AMI. Don’t let up and get on their backs if you have to! Thank you for the support guys!
