I'm log 63XX and still waiting-- this building is gorgeous and I have my fingers crossed!! I'm hoping for a 1bd but would probably also take a studio. best of luck to everyone else waiting!
I visited the building yesterday, the building is very impressive from outside and inside.
Everything is beautiful but market rate is too expensive, the affordable housing price is worth it if you can afford it .
Long Island City has a better views of the city

Was this a lottery viewing visit? And if so, what did you decide?
No it wasn’t . I just wanted to see the building and apartment. My log number is in the 2000 .
Oh wow, they let you in? I have 32x and haven't been contacted yet but I walked around the area and passed the building last week. I'd obviously love to see the inside, how did you make that happen?

I booked a tour but didn’t tell them that I was part of the affordable housing.
