For those who have moved in or closer to moving in, where do you pick up the keys at? and where do you get the key/card to get access to amenities? i was't sure if there is a in office part of the building.

You get the keys on the day you move in at the front desk. Currently no charge for amenities as everything isn’t finished.

oh ok thanks, but do you need a key/card to get to the deck? or is it open to all tenants since everything isn't finished?

Nothing needed. Just push the door .

What ammenties are open and u can use? Is the pool open yet?

27th floor and gym. No pool yet.

I am assuming pool will be 2023 at this point, does the deck circle 360 around the building? have you noticed it being over crowded (nowhere to sit) .... what time does it close? sorry for all the questions marsha it wasn't finished back when i viewed, still have no idea what it looks like beyond photos

Promise you, pool is finished and access will happen before the season is out. Can’t say anymore than that . 51st floor is still off limits and when I went, doors were locked, so I can’t tell you if it’s a 360 view. I was told everyone has been asking about the pool, I’m thinking it will likely be crowded, especially on the weekends but that’s just my opinion.

On the 27th floor can the residents go on the balcony? Because when I did the tour the 27 floor balcony was off limits
