What lease dates did they offer you? I have to be out of my current apartment by Sept 1 and I'm getting so so nervous...
they said my lease is effective september 1. however, you can't move in without an appointment for the freight elevator, and the time slots are only available after sept 6 at this point so it would be sept 6 move in

Fios is also available. I move week after next and I already have my Fios transfer appointment scheduled for the following day.

Ooh noo!! Thank you for the info! Sounds like I might have to look in to short term storage options

Both Spectrum and FIOS is available.

The “tours” are more silly than annoying. The only areas they would be is the model apts and the amenity areas. I just happen to see them in the lobby and was told why they were there.

I mean there are only about 240 lottery units so i would assume they will fill them up soon if the tours are from mhny... i find it silly as well , esp at night!

Yeah, I don’t get showing me something that I will likely not get ( There are so many different layouts) two apartments can be a 22 line but one has three closets and the other one or two… (silly as it sounds, could be significant if it’s a studio).
If I’m curious, I could easily set up a MR rate tour, something I did at both Plank and BC….

For sure! I have FIOS now and it's been great, glad I was able to transfer my service to BC and apparently they have a deal with the building (according to the Verizon rep). I will actually get 100mb faster internet (300 up from 200) for $3 a month less than what I pay now. I'll take it!

Exactly, makes no sense. No one is going to see how amazing the building is and have that be the reason they don't want to accept a unit and of course you would want to tour your actual layout choices before accepting, at least the line you prefer etc. Seems like a waste of staff time and energy to me, they should put that to processing applications faster!

How full would you say the building is now? Still quiet? I hope it stays that way but I can imagine there may be more activity once it's full, ~1000+ people living there is a lot!
