How full would you say the building is now? Still quiet? I hope it stays that way but I can imagine there may be more activity once it's full, ~1000+ people living there is a lot!

I have the same fears about noise/activity.... i know this will be a issue if there are constant people walking and talking viewing units all day and night passing hallways... open and closing doors like a hotel.... i am hoping this is not the case!

what time does the deck close? i was hoping it was 24 hours cos i wouldn't be able to enjoy it if there are tours every 10 mins bringing in 20 people at at time crowding the amenities.. woooh let me calm down!

Last I heard, was roughly 400+ apartments occupied but that was a couple weeks ago. Still quiet, hard to tell who’s on my floor, have seen my neighbor, another on the opposite side with a dog and a couple. Pretty quiet, praying it stays that way. That said, I know they seem pretty strict with noise etc, they already sent that warning about accessing areas that are not open yet .

All I’ll say is temper your expectations with that pool. I predict it will be a madhouse….

Was there any mention of a way to reserve/rent the pool space? or is it strictly a open pool for any resident/guests?

I don’t think that is something they can even think of offering now if it’s not open. Pool is not being offered to “guests” tenants only. How they will enforce that rule, I don’t know.

I agree, at least for the first couple of weeks. I bet the novelty will wear off a bit though and it'll be left to the certified fish, like myself, aside from the occasional group of friends or whatever. I hope this is true

Haha - the novelty of the 27th floor already wore off, have been there about 3 maybe 4 times since I've been here . I'm gonna work on changing that though...

I haven't seen anyone eating - drinking yes. no clue about hours - I've only gone after 5:00pm and I think one Sunday afternoon and it was pretty empty -- less than 5 people.

Where are you in the process now?
