Congrats! What kind of layouts did you get to choose from? I’m currently going through the unit selection (tour is on Monday). Over email they offered two layouts with living rooms that are 10x10 and 14x10. I’m wondering if they have anymore of the slightly larger ones left (about 16x10).

For those going through the process, this was my timeline:
12/30: Asked to submit documents
01/22: Asked to tour available units
01/25-02/02: Additional documents
02/16: TIC uploaded
02/22: Approval notification
Good luck to all! The process was very time consuming and draining but once they upload the TIC and receive the approval notification, it is such a sweet feeling!!

One with an alcove and 14x11 living room! You can ask MHANY since they are the ones with the list of available affordable housing units, and not BC.
2/16 submitted docs
2/21 submitted additional docs
2/22 scheduled unit tour
2/27 signed affidavits and now waiting on city approval
The more documents you have ready to go, the faster it will go for you! (Once they contact you, of course.)
I had 2 1BR options on lower floors. One with a 14x10 living room, one with a 10x10 living room (but larger bed room). I did ask about other options to view, but was told this is it. They’re not the bigger units or up high, but still spacious and miles ahead of my current apartment situation. I’m super excited to move in.
