Went to take measurements of my unit today.

The leasing agent told me that the market-rate units are about 90% occupied and the lottery units are about 60% occupied.

I picked a studio, but I asked if I could move into a 1-bd in the future at the RS rate and she said yes if there was an opening/availability. Good to know...

To folks that have moved in — any suggestions for in-closet shelving/storage? Are they set up to have the standard wire shelving systems installed? Thanks!

No idea the average. They just finally started billing us (even those that have been here more than a year) as of April 1st and that first bill was for Oct 13th-November 13th. Mine for my 1br was ~$65. We have no information about our bills or usage after november 13th 2022 to now.

Wow ok, when did you move into the building? It seems like they're billing retroactively starting in 2022 and not 2021? Also, I'm glad to hear your bill was only $65, if you had normal usage and was in the apt everyday. My biggest concern is $150-200+ bill that I was reading about for Quadlogic.

The building only opened in early 2022, first people (market rate) moved in starting in February and lotto people started moving in the next couple months. I moved in August 2022. Yes they have had issues with getting Quadlogic set up and all fall they were saying we'd be billed the next month and then we never were. Finally for the April 1st rent bill they were able to bill us starting with Oct. 2022. They have told us they cannot and won't bill before that. I was pleasantly surprised at $65 since that is on par with what I used to pay in my prior 1br that had a gas (not electric) stove and no in-unit w/d. Yes, I was home as usual during that time, no travel or anything. That said, that was only 1 month's bill. I am waiting to receive all the rest of the back months before I feel confident I am not being over-charged. Fingers crossed!

Saw the units this week, here are the layouts the showed me! Both on lower floors, asked if a higher floor was available and they accommodated my request but I didnt take that one because I liked the layout of another better.
