Log #1900, was first contacted by Housing Connect to submit docs on 2/14/23.

2/27, went to view units and saw two 1-bedrooms (both line 06. Even though they're on the same line, the layouts are very different configurations, I'm guessing it's different on a high floor compared to lower floor) and saw one studio (line 22).

3/05, went to view additional studio units (line 01 and line 17), required to provide apt choice within 24hours

3/07, asked to submit more documents

3/09, signed affidavit and provide money order for background check.

Was told that it'll be 2-3 weeks for the approval process and that Brodsky is hoping to get people in for April 1st.

I asked MHANY how many lottery units have been filled so far out of the 258 units available and they said only half so far!
Curious, the studio line (22) you saw, was it an Alcove?

No, it had a diagonal entryway and had the smallest living space of the studios I viewed. 11'5" x 13' living space that had a lot of weird nooks. It was also located in hidden part of a hallway next to a utility closet on the 14th floor, west view facing the Barclays roof

Thank you. I was just curious. Line 22 on my floor is an alcove studio but it is MR.

Same process here: went to view apartments on the 28th, they showed me three units (two 1 bedrooms, 1 studio), and they asked me to pick an apartment that same day. Luckily I liked the units they showed me so I ultimately picked one on the 31st floor. Went in yesterday to sign off on other necessary paperwork and now hoping to hear back soon.

I was first contacted on 02/20, and so far the process so far has been relatively quick. They also mentioned it would be 2-3 weeks to hear back, so hoping for April 1st move in.

High 2100's lot number.
