I’m loving my apartment! I moved in on Sunday, but had a business trip on Tuesday so only spent two nights there. My floor is quiet and there are people who live on all sides of me. I’m disappointed the pool is not ready and I suspect it won’t be this summer. As for the documents, they also asked me to send in docs I’d already submitted. Just keep sending them again and it will eventually work out. Good luck!

They will notarize these things when I go in to sign the TIC tomorrow. Somehow I missed that I’d have to bring a $20 money order for the background check, so I’ll have to go to the post office or bank tomorrow for that before I go in to sign the TIC. Keep that in mind if you’re invited to go send the TIC. They have been very nice and I hope this is one of the last batches of info they’ll request. Since it’s now August, I’m confident that they request bank statements for July and likely other things from me. I debated just including those, but for some inexplicable reason, I did not.
People who have moved in already, what do you like (from viewing the apartment in June, the brochure, and the website, I suspect I’ll like everything). Is there anything you don’t like (I get that the pool and the floor with offices aren’t open yet, but is there anything else you don’t like)?

Do u think it's too many people living in the building? do u find it crowded?
I have the same fears about noise/activity.... i know this will be a issue if there are constant people walking and talking viewing units all day and night passing hallways... open and closing doors like a hotel.... i am hoping this is not the case!
what time does the deck close? i was hoping it was 24 hours cos i wouldn't be able to enjoy it if there are tours every 10 mins bringing in 20 people at at time crowding the amenities.. woooh let me calm down!
The "Sneak Peak" tour I experienced was a very small group, maybe five of us. There is a dedicated floor that has all the model homes so noise of people viewing units all day and night passing hallways shouldn't be an issue at all. We spent a few minutes looking at each of the amenities that were open. I think it is a nice touch on their part and I very much appreciated it.

I’m glad you’re loving your apartment! Hope you continue enjoying it once you get back from your business trip. Thank you for the information on how it has been so far.
I went to sign my TIC yesterday and fill in a sheet about questions on my bank transactions. They were super nice. My TIC was sent to the city yesterday, which was so much faster than I expected, so I hope to get approved and have a move in date soon.
Hello all - quick question for those who have moved in already or have been invited to view units.
How has the 1 bed unit selection been for lottery units? Any limitations? high vs low, manhattan view vs reg city view or island kitch vs non-island.
I saw from spreadsheet that 06 and 21 lines were offered and could find the the layouts on streeteasy.
Thanks!
