Did the agency tell you when they are expecting people to move in? I don’t think anyone lives there yet. I was contacted in January 12 to submit docs and I’m waiting on HPD approval but I can’t help but to think they are delaying the process because the building isn’t move in ready yet.

Holy, you were contacted since January?! woah they really stretched it out. Because I was on pins and needles trying to submit documents, I didn't even bother to ask if the building was move in ready so I wouldn't be able to tell you. You will probably get the answer before me tbh since you're already at HPD approval. You're almost at the finish line, so even if its not move in ready, it'll be yours. Good luck!

Yes! Since January!! It’s been a long process for sure and I’m STILL waiting but waiting patiently and humbly. The next time the agent calls me I’m going to for sure ask if it’s move in ready and update you all.
