I hope that the amenities come at a discounted rate for lottery tenants. At least for MR the fee is $185 without access to the pool and $275 with access to the pool. Am not even sure that includes the outdoor one.

How did you know? Did you take their MR tour recently?

You mentioned $275/mo with access to the pool, did you mean only indoor swimming pool & to access the outdoor pool will have another additional charges? Oh boy! I bet those 130% AMI 1BR units will end up paying close to $3500/mo!

No I didn’t take the MR tour. Someone commented a while ago on IG saying something like “$275 for amenities, are they crazy”. And someone left a google review saying it was 185 without the pool access. Just me connecting the dots lol

That makes sense! I just can't process if it's true that the amenities $185/mo is not including indoor swimming pool. I still understand if tenants have to pay additional $90/mo to access the outdoor swimming pool but that $185/mo should've included everything indoor!

The MR tenants in my building pay the amenities $185/mo too but that's for everything including the indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, & steam room.

Hopefully the $185/mo includes the indoors one at least. We won't know for sure until they tell us. So far is just speculations lol
