Depending on their AMI and how CB goes. All units can be taken by the time they reach that person. Not 100% but possible.

I mentioned earlier there’s another building here with 54 units in 1 AMI bracket & they were all filled by CB. Such a shame tbh

My log is 3k & I’m not that excited. If I got one under 500 I’d be veryyyy happy
