Got reached to submit docs log #5*** CB preference at 80 AMI. What are my chances here? I'm still waiting on approval for another lottery.
How do you know if you have CB preference. Does it tell you on your log number? I got called back but idk if I got CB preference despite living in the community board.
They really are. I was shocked. I saw my log number and thought I had no chance so I'm really happy. I was reached out for another one not long ago and so I had all of the documents ready to go so I feel good. I was secretely hoping for this one.
Did you hear if the building is done with construction yet? Wondering if there is anyone already moved in.
Also, I went ahead and sent my documents on the website AND to the agent Susan's email - I got an automatic reply saying she's out and will be back on October 19th, so I guess I'll hear back around then.

I’m kind of confused. If you have a log number that’s like 3xxx does that mean they have to check 3xxx people before you? Do all of those 3xxx people get requests for documents?
Let’s say you are log 3xxx have CB and a city employee and number 2xx does not, does 2xx still have a higher chance because their log number is lower? Im new to this and kind of confused how it all works.
