I’m having trouble understanding the AMI brackets. Would love it if someone could explain..
1. What are the actual income ranges for this building? I see different numbers on different sites. On housing connect 125 AMI range is 88-133k. Obviously that’s the number I’m thinking is correct but I do see a lot of different numbers floating around.
2. Since all the income ranges overlap, how is ur AMI characterized?

TIA!!

I believe AMI is specific to that particular lottery. I just follow the AMI bracket that is on the posting. For example Eagle + West 80% AMI for a 2 bedroom is completely different income ranges. Eagle starts at $67,612 for a 2 bedroom at 80% and 8 Marcy starts at $73,098.

Hey guys I have an update! So I called Reside this morning to seek more information and to fine out the status of my application. They told me that they reached out to 1k applicants thus far and more than half have not responded! That being said this process should go fairly quick. My Log number is 9*** and the agent told me that I was selected in batch 6 (not sure how many batches there are). They also told me that they would begin processing applications by tomorrow or Monday.
