86 is a good amount of units I would say. I’m 6XX no CB so I’m hoping I get asked to submit documents. I’m literally manifesting so bad!

I think Gen Pop has a good chance because they said more than half of those first 1k applicants didn’t respond and the deadline is today to submit documents. Also I find it that buildings like this one are difficult to fill up, alot of people think they are too expensive and most dont qualify. Most people just apply to see if they will get picked. One blue slip is still processing applications!

The deadline is today? Yeah says a lot if all those people didn't submit paperwork. Might also move faster. Fingers crossed they get to gen pop by end of year

Thank you for all of this info! Not surprised many didn't answer - I think that's why they choose to reach out to a larger number of people at a time.

I'm shocked tbh over at 23 West Street aka 40 Oak Street CB took all 54 of the 1 beds already and the rent there for 80AMI is more than this one...did everyone in that CB take 40 Oak already ? That could be it. The buildings are like a 10min walk apart from one another since 40 Oak ended first all the CB people could've been called and moved in there

Yeah a lot of lotteries are going on simultaneously in the area, maybe I have a chance after all who knows lol. & best of luck!
