I got called but I’m not sure if it’s disability or municipal employee preference. Log number 5XXX
Would you mind asking them which preference you were chosen for the next time you speak to your agent please ? I’d greatly appreciate it, as me and my girlfriend are banking on disability preference for this one.
Does anyone know if one and two blue slip lottery apt have the same appliances as MR?
I feel like that I saw one of the lottery apartment by mistake ( door was open) when I visited Eagle west ?

Yes those two do but in all the newer ones like The bell slip and Eagle + West, lottery units have different appliances

It was a one bedroom on the 10th floor. The apartment was spacious, facing Brooklyn and half of the view was blocked off by the facade of the building. Again the appliances were totally different from market rate.
No way a 125%/130% AMI applicant will say yes to that apartment! I wouldn't mind if they only charge me $1500 or less

Really? Oh wow smh. That’s my AMI. That’s very discouraging especially for how much rent I would have to pay.
