At 27 Eagle you get complementary amenities which are access to the gym and event renting space. At 227 west you get access to all the amenities the apartment complex has to offer for a fee. 27 eagle has it's own lobby and entrance, and it's only 7 or 8 floors
I'm just wondering where will be the 125% AMI applicant ? 227 west or 27 Eagle ? I don't see myself paying $2500 with no washer/dryer in the apartment
My log nr was 60. And all 130ami are going to be placed in 227 west. 80 and 125 ami 27 eagle. I wish I could post some pictures but I don’t know how.
Is it confirmed that 125 AMI will only be in 27 Eagle and not 227 West?
This lottery reminded me of 15 Hudson Yards, they put affordable units in a separate address on 553 W 30th St. Also, 1 West End, the affordable units are in separate address on 10 Freedom Place, & last but not least, Lincoln Square Tower, their affordable units are on 40 Riverside Blvd.
This might be a stupid question - but I see that they charge a $1000 fee when you do your deposit when you are at 80% AMI. Does that mean you pay first and last rent + $1000 fee, or just first month rent and $1000 fee?
This means you will pay your first month rent & $1K security deposit instead of another one month rent like other buildings asked.

That's also similar to the other addresses I just shared. Those buildings don't have any doorman & no access to amenities. Their affordable building is an 'annex' to the main building so they're just two different buildings attached to each other.
