Two Blue Slip had 127 available units. My log number was 80xx when I got called to view it. Someone said this building has 200 units. The only thing was when I went to TBS, they only had studios left and the person who took me on the tour said I had missed the 1 bedroom by about 2-3 people.

I think even if you're in the 4xxx/5xxx log number area, there's a possibility that you'll have a shot. I will say that I don't know if TBS did CB preference or not so that would be something to keep in mind. On top of that, people seem to really like this building and are willing to pay the higher rent for their AMI in comparison to other buildings I've seen.

According to the leasing agent, people have a preference for the studios at Eagle + west. I have to say they are spacious and beautiful

Are you saying that there’s no more 1bdr for Eagle + West or Two blue slip?

Hopefully that means more 1 bedrooms will be left :')
The studio at TBS was nice but not enough space for be personally. I did like that it was an alcove setup. Kitchen was beautiful as well. Small refrigerator though lol

I was speaking about TBS lol.
Wanted to give some hope to people who may have a log number of 4000+ because I was in the 8000's and missed a 1 bedroom by 2-3 people so I'm sure someone with a 4000 may get a chance to get called for a 1 bedroom at 27 + West

If anyone doesn't mind weighing in... I was told that my documents were in the 2nd batch sent to HPD and that they are currently waiting for approval. Does anyone know how long this process might take and if I'm in a good position to get the apartment ?

I have mobile disability and NYC employee preference.

Once they are sent to HPD - 3 to 5 business days. It should say review complete on the housing connect app once done and then you'll get an official email.
