No you can’t. But me personally I could care less about that. I rather pay for parking which I have to anyway because finding a street parking there is close to impossible.

What does it mean when your application card changed to “pending”?
Pending is just when you apply for a lottery. When you send your documents, it will say "under review", and when HPD approves it it will say " complete ".

All my other ones just said “Applied”. This one says “pending”. It says this on the lottery card

Im sorry I know its nerve racking. I would call them on Monday if you still don't hear back. I honestly doubt all 80% is already gone I doubt they were able to process so quickly...
