The last step prior to HPD approval is the marketing agent will ask you to sign a document called Tenant Income Certification (TIC) because this TIC is the one that being sent to HPD for final review & approval. Usually the marketing agent will upload your TIC that you already signed into your HC portal when they submitted it to HPD so you know that you are now waiting for HPD approval.
If you haven't been asked to sign a TIC that means your paperwork is still under review by the marketing agent.
My log nr was 60. And all 130ami are going to be placed in 227 west. 80 and 125 ami 27 eagle. I wish I could post some pictures but I don’t know how.
Wow that's crazy.. it's kind of disappointing that we don't get all the amenities in 227. When I applied, I thought it was both of the tall buildings.

I had a hard time following everything said on the thread - there are no amenities at 27 Eagle Street, only at 227 West?
At 27 Eagle you get complementary amenities which are access to the gym and event renting space. At 227 west you get access to all the amenities the apartment complex has to offer for a fee. 27 eagle has it's own lobby and entrance, and it's only 7 or 8 floors

So it seems 27 Eagle doesn’t have in unit washer & dryer and possibly no dishwasher
