Got you Good memory! I took Oak St, moving in this Thursday. I'm not hoping anymore no I feel like it's going to take too long and where I will be I'll have a 1 bedroom si I think I made the right decision.

Same here. It's about to be week 4, so I was expecting them to be a little further down the logs, but who knows.

Congratulations!! If you were in the 80% you definitely made the right choice. They're giving people studios since all the one bedroom apartments are taken. Someone posted that the one bedrooms have a waitlist of about 15 people.

Thank you so much! I think so too and I figured that would happen since it's a super popular building... I hope you get one soon!!!

Thank you! I haven't heard much about 2 bedrooms so far, but I was told by an agent that there are 2 bedrooms still available. I'm hoping it stays like that till they call me.. if not I can also qualify for the last 3 bedroom.

Question- so I submitted docs on Nov 11th and haven’t heard back. But now I think I might have missed something in my income. What should I do if I calculated my income wrong but have already submitted docs? (If I were to include this in my income, it would bring me to qualify for a larger apt)

I would think that if its in your docs you submitted they would calculate it to be the correct amount

Are you saying that you forgot to add income documents? Or if you submitted all documents, but didn't update your profile to reflect income? If you submitted all documents, but didn't update your profile, you could update it now. If you forgot to add income or income increased you have to email reside withe lottery & your info according to susan.

Yeah my household is updated just with the wrong amount of income. I recently realized something is income that I did not add but it does reflect in my bank statements

My log number seems a lot higher than others I have seen posted here when they say they have cb preference. Thanks
I’m not sure if this helped me but i uploaded my proof of residency and emailed it to Susan before i was asked to submit the my income documents to help speed up the process.
