I think equinox it’s cheaper at this point….. but when I saw monthly fee for garage my jaw dropped to the floor…. 500$ plus tax. So unless my apartment won’t be breathtaking. I’m not taking it.

$500 is outrageous. I live about 5 blocks away from 420 Kent and monthly parking is about $380 a month + tax. If you don't mind telling me. what is your list number? I'm assuming that if called I'll get 27 Eagle as well. If possible, I would love to see pictures too.

This might be a dumb question, but how do you know when they submit your documents for approval?
Do you get an email or do you have to keep checking your documents tab in the portal?

The last step prior to HPD approval is the marketing agent will ask you to sign a document called Tenant Income Certification (TIC) because this TIC is the one that being sent to HPD for final review & approval. Usually the marketing agent will upload your TIC that you already signed into your HC portal when they submitted it to HPD so you know that you are now waiting for HPD approval.

If you haven't been asked to sign a TIC that means your paperwork is still under review by the marketing agent.

You don't once you submit it, it says "under review" and processing goes in order of log number. After that the marketing manager will contact you for further steps. According to another form, it'll say "review complete" once HPD approves it and you're attached to an apartment.
