I was contacted last week with a log #3xx with CB and Municipal preference. A 1 BR unit was already assigned to me and was given a reference link to preview the unit. Was told it was approx 800sq ft. Just finished submitting last of my documents to be approved by HPD. Was given a possible move in date of December. No amenities were mentioned but will look into that if possible.

Omg, did they send the documents to HPD yet? If so, congratulations!!! That is awesome. 800square feet that is huge! How does the unit look on the preview? Any idea of what your view looks like?

My documents were also send for hpd approval for a 3 bdr and 2 bathrooms. I’m waiting to see it in person because on pictures it look very very very tiny. Probably smaller than my current 2 bdr. So will see. Plus they charge 500$ for parking 100$ for storage and 35$ for each bicycle storage which is insane.
