Hey guys I have an update! So I called Reside this morning to seek more information and to fine out the status of my application. They told me that they reached out to 1k applicants thus far and more than half have not responded! That being said this process should go fairly quick. My Log number is 9*** and the agent told me that I was selected in batch 6 (not sure how many batches there are). They also told me that they would begin processing applications by tomorrow or Monday.
That info was really helpful. I'm log 81** with CB so it gives some insight to how things work. This is the 1st lottery I got contacted for so far and I applied to 14 lol

Yeah, I hope so. I know if this portion people start getting eliminated as well for no longer qualifying for income raises / decreases, change in household, etc. I just got a raise last week, and my partner got a raise the month after I applied, but luckily for us we're now at the middle of the original AMI we applied for. I wonder how is works.. before we wanted a 2 bedroom, but now we also qualify for a 3 bedroom since we a kid.

As you know, as long as you're in the same bracket you originally applied for - you're good. And I think you can still definitely be considered for a 3 bedroom if you are eligible, don't see why not. When they reach back out to you, you can specify it just in case. Best of luck!!
