Yes agreed with Kiidesire - good luck to you! Are you CB and did they already reach out...?

Yeah I have CB preference and they asked me for docs back in October so I’ve been waiting ever since. My concern is that they run out of the 50% of units allocated for CB under 80% AMI.

Right... that was also my concern and why I didn't want to take any chances. But I think you should be fine - it looks like most of what they are processing are larger bedrooms right now and then they'll do 1 bedrooms and studios, but I might be wrong. I know it's good to manage expectations but I would keep the faith! I think your chances are pretty good.

There are no more 1 bedrooms left for 80% AMI

Hi guys, I have a quick question regarding income changes. We submitted our documents last week but it’s looking like I’m going to get a pay raise in a few days which might push me over the income range. Would that disqualify me? Thank you for any answers.

I saw a post earlier in the form that said that one of the marketing reps claimed said about 50% people who they asked to submit documents by October 20th didn't respond. Which gives us an upper hand. During this process of reviewing docs people are getting disqualified for income changes. Hopefully more people are taking apartments for other lotteries. Good luck!
This is giving me a sliver of hope with my high log + CB of 38k for this building. Going to keep wishing!

I could be wrong but it sounds to me like they allocate a certain amount of units for each batch number as well.
