I read in this forum someone with 6xx gen pop was contacted … any other gen pop asked for docs at this point? My log is 10xx hoping they get to my number
Just heard back from Reside that I was approved by HPD.
Mgmt is going to follow up to schedule lease signing (and I assume allow me to view the apt and facilities IRL). So was exactly a week turnaround from submittal to HPD approval (log #3XXX CB/ME)
Can you update us on the exact move in fees. I just want to make sure I have all my finances when they call. lol
I was approved for a unit last week but still have not given a tour of the apartment. I haven’t signed the lease yet, but due at lease signing is one months rent and a 1k security deposit. Will update further once I’m able to see the 1br unit.
Has general population been reached out to? I’m log number 6xx - I was originally in CB but I no longer qualify cause I moved so sad I toured and everything but the person who reached out said I still have a chance so trying to be optimistic
