Np . Maybe your friend is 125 % ami which is harder to fill out compared to 80% ami

I know it's a long shot for, but Im kinda hoping that there would be enough units for gen pop folks. (Log # 10k No Pref)

I was approved for a unit last week but still have not given a tour of the apartment. I haven’t signed the lease yet, but due at lease signing is one months rent and a 1k security deposit. Will update further once I’m able to see the 1br unit.

I toured a unit already but haven't been approved by HPD so seem to be in the opposite boat as everyone else lol

How long after submitting docs did they ask you to tour?

Has general population been reached out to? I’m log number 6xx - I was originally in CB but I no longer qualify cause I moved so sad I toured and everything but the person who reached out said I still have a chance so trying to be optimistic
