Maybe they are lumping certain specifics together into batches... unless you have something that entirely disqualifies you then I think that could be the explanation.

It could be because that person as a disability maybe?

Pretty sure they didn't get to you yet, I'm also waiting. My log is 5xxx and I too have CB and city employee preferences.
