It’s been 5 days since I got approved from HDP but haven’t heard anything about lease signing - is it worth it to reach out to reside for this, or should I wait?

It's up to you. I don't see a problem with asking for a status update and following up every once in a while. It's not like you're incessantly pestering them haha

Has anyone been contacted recently this week or last week? If so, what log number are you? Anyone's been offered an apt recently?

80% Log 2xx NYC pref, submitted docs in nov. got the email in dec. that docs were received, radio silence since then. Im starting to think its going to be a no go. I'm kind of bummed. Does anyone know if there will be waiting lists ? Sucks to have gotten such a low log and then not get an apt.

Call Reside! I don't think they check on a regular because I had to call and let them know.
