Nice! I submitted nov 11th so hopefully I’ll hear back soon! Does anyone know if there’s more 80% studios?
Also- I can confirm to all that amenities at 227 West are NOT available for 27 Eagle Residence . I confirmed with Susan from reside and Damon from Eagle+West. Super bummed!

Do you mean with my application? Last week my documents were sent to HPD for review. This week I got a congratulation email from eaglewest and that management will contact me soon regarding lease-signing, so I guess HPD already approved me? That seemed kind of quick so I'm not sure.
27 eagle looks way cheaper than 227 eagle no floor to ceiling windows ...cheaper heating ac systems... cheaper looking appliances... bathroom looks cheaper... no washer dryer and cheaper looking flooring

wow, they really kept the affordable housing apartments away from the MR units. Feels like a "poor door" type of deal. Don't get me wrong, these units are still better than most other apartments in NYC.
