So I’m in the group that hasn’t been approved yet by HPD. Some get approved before they see the unit and other after. I’m in that group

Do you mean with my application? Last week my documents were sent to HPD for review. This week I got a congratulation email from eaglewest and that management will contact me soon regarding lease-signing, so I guess HPD already approved me? That seemed kind of quick so I'm not sure.

wow, they really kept the affordable housing apartments away from the MR units. Feels like a "poor door" type of deal. Don't get me wrong, these units are still better than most other apartments in NYC.

100% better than my pre war walk up building. If I move in and everything is working as it should I'll have zero complaints.
