I was thinking about accepting a studio apartment if I get called. Did it look like the ones from the virtual tour on apartments.com or was there only space for a bed? Also is the bed super close to the kitchen?
They did not, the studio's I saw weren't nearly as spacious in my opinion.
does that mean they don't have any one bedrooms at 125% AMI left? Or they don't have one bedrooms for people with preferences only? I'm gen pop and already submitted docs on 11/24.
Just one bedrooms for preferences. I think ten pop has a whole set of apartments set aside.
Has anyone seen any 2 beds and have pics or thoughts? Are they chopping 1 beds into 2?
It’s a new building so they’re not chopping a one bedroom into two. Most of these buildings have smaller units compared to what’s on the market and pre war.
