Has anyone approached management about painting rules?
Per the lease, you cannot paint/wallpaper without approval, but I have approached management in other buildings in the past and received approval (taking on the responsibility of returning it to original at end of residency). Just wondering if anyone has tried in 27 Eagle.
I was told that I could paint and mount as long I fix it back before I move out.

When I was at the viewing, Gaby said that heat, water and gas are included in the rent. Can someone clarify? Thank you.
You pay for electricity. I could be wrong but I thought it includes heat along with air conditioning since it's uses the same hvac system. I can double check tomorrow when Nisha comes in. I wouldn't know for sure because it's about to be my 2 month here and I haven't received an electric bill yet.

They have active building. It's an app/ website where residents can post stuff/ get responses, pm message people, pay rent, see upcoming events, etc.
Their sister building TBS had a resident only (management couldn't see) Group chat app called One roof. I wonder if we can set that up for Eagle West
