Can anyone tell me what cable companies serve the building? Is it exclusively Spectrum? I just think it’s easier to get a good deal when multiple cable internet providers are available, unlike now with my current apt/building where spectrum is the only provider the owner will allow and they keep jacking up the price yearly.

All units are pre-wired w/ fiber and can use Verizon FIOS for data/tv/voice. In North Greenpoint, you 100% do not want Spectrum
Have anyone from 27 Eagle building tried to contact the management about amenities access in 227 West building? I know they said the amenity is only for the other 2 buildings but just curious.
Have any 27 Eagle residents received any ETA on when the laundry room is set for completion?
Its already working. I peeked my head in to check on the status and saw a dryer running and an empty laundary bag on a machine. This building is TERRIBLE with communication. Im hoping they're like this now because theyre dealing with all these leases and are super busy, but its ridiculous with maintenance and the resident manager, Gabriel. zero communication.

I went to see a 2BD yesterday at 27 Eagle. Gabi and Chaya mentioned there are no more units available at 227 West. I was really hoping to get something there because of the nice amenities, but anyways we were pretty lucky since we had no preference and a log #42xx.
I am sending some extra documents today and see what happens!

Congrats!! 27 Eagle has great 2 bedrooms. I have a 2 bedroom at 27 eagle. Each room has its own heating/cooling system and the bathroom has heated floors.
