Jay1426 i signed the pre lease doc 1st of july and confirmation 2nd week of August. I did not see the apartment until after we're about to sign the lease.

Somebody at HPD emailed me saying they only have 80% 2 bed rooms left

I would be jumping for joy if that were the case but I called the management company and was told that there were no 80% left. I do not understand why the apartments are not equally divided.

Log 2xx just got called for general population and I do not qualify for 130% ! They must still have apts left
