My log is 5xx with cb preference. I got contacted on 3/16 for paperwork and submitted on 3/28. So far I haven’t heard back. I’m really curious when they expect to finish building process. I went a few weeks ago and it looked like they still had quite a bit of work to do

Yeah the fact that it’s not finished with have an impact on how long this process takes. I checkout their website and see if they are actually renting out market rate units from time to time. Feel like that’s the only way to tell
