No updates since I was contacted on 3/16. I walked over there and saw a sofa in one of the apartments lol but was thinking maybe it was a model/staged apt. The rest look empty.

My log number is 6XX. I got an email to upload documents on 3/16/22. CB preference. I have not been contacted for an interview. On housing connect it says "Under Review".

I have a single digit log # the 1st time that has ever happend since I started applying yearssss ago. I have not heard anything from them. Have you received any word from HPD?

The building isn't finished yet I am thinking they might have another few weeks as there are still ladders up inside the building. I really want this one! I don't have CB but I do have NYC emp preference. Good luck to everyone!!!
I did notice that they had an open house this past weekend for people interested in renting (full price). Definitely still looks unfinished but getting there! Crossing fingers.
