I emailed Rina last week and she did advise all units are leased up. She said housing connect will update in a couple weeks.

Ive heard a few things too, what are your electric bills. Supposedly there are tenants paying like 3-500 a month on con-edison and the management is giving them the run around just contact coned to do an inspection.

What other issues are you having with the management or building ?

They did--those sellers--and in light of what things have been like lately, they might be the ones who benefited the most.

Electric bills have gotten better. But the quality of ppl moving in man…lots of sketchy dudes not on the leases living with girlfriends and very mentally ill folks living here. Avoid avoid avoid
