These apartments actually look really huge for anyone planning to apply I drove past yesterday and the 1st windows are completely open so you can see in if anyone is in the neighborhood.

*Meh* Looks like a prison or municipal sort of building if you ask me.

How can people live in buildings with windows that don't open fully or at all I don't know, but wouldn't be my first or even second choice.

Nothing abt this building looks like a prison maybe the windows don’t open fine but to compare to prison is an extreme stretch

Absolutely! I'm thinking, uniform tiny windows throughout, light brown brick, it definitely reminds me of the old Municipal Building downtown.

I was thinking, it can be the Brooklyn Tombs!

Lmaoo the AMI for this building is a reach. I literally live across the street from here my whole life and most ppl in the neighborhood don’t make this much unless it’s a combined income. Ughh I hate gentrification. Stuff like this makes it hard for ppl like me to move out of our parents house as a single adult because we can’t afford to live on our own

Vast improvement over what was there before... Someone made bank selling on those two old shacks.

How's the area? I've never been there so am wondering if the area is safe for a young single woman.
